Kano Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) is a non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of children battling cancer in Nigeria. Our mission is to improve access to early diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate care, with a particular focus on Northern Nigeria.
Headquartered in Kano State — home to over 16 million people (NPC, 2020) and the most populous state in Nigeria — KCCF serves as a vital support system for families navigating childhood cancer. Kano alone accounts for roughly 8% of Nigeria’s total population of over 200 million, underscoring the urgent need for greater awareness, healthcare resources, and coordinated action in this region.
