Fighting for Every Child's Right to Survive Cancer

Nigeria faces ~30,000 new cases of childhood cancer every year. In Kano, children are being admitted to hospital daily — and most families cannot afford the treatment. KCCF exists to change that.

A Child's Story

''I thought I was going to lose her.''

The story of Khadija

When Hadiza Musa Kazaure’s daughter Khadija was diagnosed with eye cancer, the family — living below the poverty line — had no way to afford treatment. KCCF stepped in and covered her treatment, medication, and food.
“I am happy she is okay now and slowly getting back to her normal life — all thanks to KCCF.” — Hadiza Musa Kazaure, Khadija’s mother

Aisha Aminu — Blood cancer (Leukemia), 11 years old, now a survivor
